Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for members and guests, the Front Desk Customer Service Representative plays a key role in providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive experience at Get Fit. This position requires a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding memberships, services, and programs
- Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with company policies
- Assist with point-of-sale transactions, including retail and service purchases
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
- Address member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Perform light administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive, outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills; experience with POS or membership management software is a plus
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
